Announcement Pursuant To Rule 704 (5) Of The Listing Manual - Qualification To The Audited Financial Statements For The Financial Year Ended 31 December 2007

The Board of Directors of ArianeCorp Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that in respect of the audited accounts for FY2007, the external auditors, Ernst & Young have qualified the accounts in relation to the Group's interest in fibre optic network.
A copy of the Independent Auditors' Report together with an extract of Note 4(i) to the financial statements as referred to in the Independent Auditors' Report for FY2007 is attached for shareholders' information.
The Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2007 of the Company which will contain the Auditors' Report will be despatched to shareholders and the SGX-ST on 14 April 2008.
