MR CHOW TAT MING, HENRY
Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer

Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr Chow was appointed as Executive Director on 27 April 2007 and Chief Executive Officer on 6 February 2008 of the company.

Mr Chow is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CarrierNet Corp. Limited. Mr Chow has played a key role in the establishment of CarrierNet from its inception and has been leading the products, business development and commercial operations.

Being also as an Executive Director of ArianeCorp, Mr Chow is responsible for driving the group's vision, growth, and profitability. In this role, he is focused on reshaping CarrierNet and Arianecorp's Telecommunications blue print, leading the company to be a major Telecom player in the regional VoIP market. He is leading the strategic thrust for the company to transform the company's telecom delivery efforts, build strategic partnerships, and leverage on the company's resources and key customer constituencies.

Prior to founding CarrierNet in 2001, Mr Chow served as Chief Operating Officer of a Jakarta based licensed VoIP carrier PT. Atlasat Solusindo Limited where he was the company's founding executive and a key member of its executive team. In this role, Mr Chow was responsible for strategic leadership of the company's technical, marketing, alliance management and network development.

Mr Chow has more than 26 years of experience in the Telecom and Information Technology Industries having worked for the ANZ bank, National Australia Bank, Hong Kong Telecom, Sterling Commerce and South China Group. As an executive at leading regional telecommunications carrier (Hong Kong Telecom), Mr Chow gained invaluable experience in the technology, telecom and marketing fields.

Mr Chow received his Bachelor of Computer Science degree from University of Minnesota in 1981.



FOO MENG TONG
Independent Director

Mr Foo was appointed an Independent Director of the Company on 15 January 2002. Mr Foo worked in the Economic Development Board ( EDB ) for a total of 26 years until April 1993. His last appointment at the EDB was as the director of its industry Development Division and the general manager of EDB Investments Pte Ltd. He was also the administrator of the Skills Development Fund from 1980 to 1986. He has served overseas as the regional director of EDB's offices in Europe ( based in Paris ) and North America ( based in New York ). From 1994 to 1997, Mr Foo was Singapore's Ambassador to France with concurrent accreditations to Spain, Portugal, Switzerland from 1994 to 1997 and Israel from 1996 to 1997.

Mr Foo holds directorships in several other public-listed companies in Singapore, including DMX Technologies Group Ltd, Meghmani Organics Limited and Fischer Tech Ltd. Mr Foo holds a Professional Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and has attended the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University, USA, in 1985. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore.



LEW SYN PAU
Independent Director

Mr Lew was appointed an Independent Director of the Company on 15 January 2002. He also assumes the role of the Board Chairman.

His career started in the Singapore Government Administrative Service from which he was seconded to the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). He was the Executive Secretary of The Metal Industries Workers' Union from 1981 to 1982 and 1984 to 1989. From 1987 to 1993, he was the General Manager and subsequently the Managing Director of NTUC Comfort Holdings Ltd. During this period, he was concurrently the General Manager of NTUC Pasir Ris Resort from 1989 to 1991, the Managing Director of General Automotive Services Pte Ltd from 1990 to 1993, the Assistant Secretary-General of NTUC from 1990 to 1994 and the Executive Director of NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd from 1993 to 1994. He joined Banque Indosuez (now known as Calyon) in 1994 as General Manager and was Senior Country Officer from 1994 to 1997.

Mr Lew was a Member of the Singapore Parliament from 1988 to 2001. He was the Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committees for National Development, Education, Finance and Trade and Industry. Currently the Chairman of Stanbridge International Pte Ltd and Director of Capital Connections Pte Ltd, he is also the Honorary President of the Singapore Manufacturers' Federation (SMa). He holds directorships in several other public listed companies in Singapore and is currently Chairman of the Board of Ascendas Pte Ltd and Ascendas Funds Management (S) Ltd. A Singapore government scholar, Mr Lew holds a Master of Engineering from Cambridge University, UK, and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, USA.
